Ancilia Anthony Dmello Bio (LinkedIn)
I am a Software Technical Anchor at Ford Motor Company, where I lead the engineering that takes machine learning models for connected vehicles into production on Google Cloud Platform. My career started in 2011 as a Java developer at Infosys, followed by consulting work at Deloitte on insurance systems integration across offshore and onshore engagements. I then moved into applied engineering at Ciber Global and Quicken Loans, and joined Ford in 2019 as a Software Engineer on Prognostics, building real-time streaming pipelines that applied machine learning to vehicle telemetry.Since 2022, I have anchored the engineering of ML applications that turn connected vehicle data into operational decisions at production scale. I hold a Master of Science in Information Systems and Technology from the University of Michigan, Dearborn, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Mumbai University. I am also a Certified Scrum Master.
My current focus is predictive intelligence for automotive service. I architect cloud-native platforms that run ML models against live vehicle data and feed the predictions into dealership workflows. I am a co-inventor on a filed US patent for a predictive vehicle repair intelligence system, and my work sits at the intersection of applied machine learning, cloud engineering, and production reliability.
